The cyclic teeters on the center control post. This way it can be passed back and fourth between PIC, CFI, or Student flying.

I just want to point out that anyone can buy one of these for 60ish thousand dollars. Anyone can also operate one of these. Because this technically falls under the category of ultra light vehicle, no license is needed to operate this. Is that not insane to everybody?
It is a little insane. But helicopter kids have been around a long time. Have you checked out Rotorway?
